The picture of the houses and the park show the different ages of the buildings in Leeds. With the uglier, but newer hospital building towering over the older former homes, while still showing that Leeds has lots of green space within its boundaries.
The bench pulled from its moorings, however, show social unrest (or drunken idiots) ruining what it otherwise a nicer area of Leeds.
